Terms of service

Who is responsible for what. Short, and in plain words.

The service

TubeFactory generates and publishes video content to YouTube channels you own and have linked. We provide the production pipeline and the scheduling; you provide the channel, the editorial direction and the final say over what is published.

Your responsibilities

You are the publisher. Everything uploaded under your channel is your content, and you are responsible for it — including its accuracy, its compliance with YouTube's policies and its respect for third-party rights.

Automation does not transfer that responsibility to us. The WhatsApp approval feature exists so you can exercise it easily; leaving approval off is a choice to publish unreviewed, and that choice is yours.

You must not use TubeFactory to produce content that infringes copyright, impersonates a real person deceptively, harasses anyone, or breaks the law where you operate.

Provider keys and usage

On the bring-your-own-key plan you connect your own provider accounts and are billed by those providers directly, at their prices. We do not mark them up and we do not control their pricing or availability.

On the credits plan we run the pipeline on our accounts and bill you per use. Credits are consumed as work is done and are itemised against the video that incurred them.

Availability

We aim to keep the pipeline running continuously, but generation depends on third-party APIs — language models, voice synthesis, stock libraries and YouTube itself. Outages at any of those can delay or fail a run. Failed runs are recorded with the reason and do not consume credits for work that did not complete.

Cancellation

You can cancel a subscription at any time and keep access to the end of the paid period. Unused credits do not expire. Unlink a channel and we stop publishing to it immediately.

Changes

We will update these terms as the product changes. Material changes will be announced by email before they take effect.
