It depends on length and visual source. A typical 6–8 minute narrated video runs a few cents of script tokens, a few tens of cents of voice synthesis, and either nothing for stock B-roll or a few cents per generated image. Shorts cost a fraction of that.

Yes, at any time. Add your own keys to move onto the subscription, or remove them to fall back to credits. Nothing about your channels, schedules or history changes.
No. Channels and videos are unlimited on both plans — the practical ceiling is your provider quotas and YouTube's own upload limits, not ours.
