Privacy policy
What we collect, what we do with it, and what we never do. Written to be read, not to be survived.
What we collect
Your account details: email address, name and a hashed password. We never store your password in a form we can read.
Your channel configuration: the niches, schedules, formats and publishing settings you choose, plus the WhatsApp number you nominate for publish approvals.
Provider API keys you choose to store, so the pipeline can run on your own accounts. These are used only to call the provider you gave them for.
Operational records: the videos generated for you, their stage logs, and the usage we bill against.
Your YouTube connection
Linking a channel grants us an OAuth refresh token scoped to uploading and managing videos on the channel you selected. We use it for exactly that: uploading your rendered videos, setting their thumbnails and managing their playlists.
We do not read your subscriber list, your comments or your private videos, and we never post to a channel you have not linked. You can revoke access at any time from your Google account or by unlinking the channel in the dashboard.
WhatsApp previews
If you enable publish approval, we send messages to the WhatsApp number you provide through our messaging provider. Those messages contain the video title, its scheduled publish time and a preview link.
The preview link carries a random, unguessable token. Anyone holding that link can approve or reject that one video, which is exactly what makes the link usable without a login — so treat it as you would a password reset link and do not forward it.
We do not use your WhatsApp number for marketing and we do not share it with anyone besides the messaging provider that delivers the message.
What we never do
We do not sell your data. We do not share your provider keys with anyone. We do not use your generated content to train models.
Retention and deletion
Generated media lives as long as the video record does. Deleting a video, a series or a channel removes its rendered files from our storage.
Ask us to close your account and we delete your account record, your stored keys and your generated media. Videos already uploaded to YouTube belong to your channel and stay there — only you can remove those.
